Before work begins
A client may request cancellation before implementation begins. Any advance payment, processing costs, or actual commitments will be reviewed, and the refund amount will be determined under the written agreement and applicable law.
After work begins
Because programming services may involve customized work and time, completed work and reasonable committed costs up to cancellation may be accounted for. Any unearned balance will be handled under the agreement and applicable law.
Defects or scope mismatch
If a client believes a delivery does not match written requirements, they should contact us with details. We will review whether the issue falls within the agreed scope and address covered defects under the agreement.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where available, or another method agreed by both parties. Processing time may depend on the bank or payment provider.
